“Vision Himalaya Treks and Tours” is a travel company based in the region of Ladakh (32-36 degree North latitude and 75-80 degree East longitude) in the Indian Himalaya. We organize cultural tours, Educational tours, trekking, Bike/Cycle Expeditions, Motor bike expeditions, mountain expeditions, river rafting, meditation, yoga and arrange domestic and international meets in Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Sikkim, Nepal, Bhutan and other parts of India also. We provide experienced, qualified and well mannered staff whether it be a driver, guide, cook, helper, potter, ponyman, etc.

Experiencing tourism since 1995, Tsultim Dorjey (director of the company) is aware not only of the clients’ requirements, provision of quality service and good management but is also fully aware of many other necessary aspects that others do not pay heed. Our aim is not only to do business but also to show people the beautiful region and make people aware of the importance of Himalaya, culture, tradition and lifestyle of its natives, flora and fauna and most importantly preservation of the natural environment for which we voluntarily organize a cleaning project every year. Doubtless to say this company provides employment to many youngsters who do not get jobs in the other institutions and have no other source of income at all. Moreover, our prime concern is to give our clients adventure memories of a lifetime.

About Ladakh

Ladakh (the land of high passes) is renowned for its remote and very high caramel mountain ranges, rocky crags, snowy peaks, sandy plains and lush green valleys of waving willows and poplar trees, dotted with whitewashed stupas and mud brick houses, giant mountaintop Buddhist monasteries, age old tradition of mask dance, fluttering multicolored prayer flags, unique culture and friendly people. Ladakh is known also as ‘broken moon’ due to its geography, the ‘Little Tibet’ as it has been strongly influenced by Tibetan culture, etc. where independent Tibetan Buddhism can still be found. It has a strategic location at the crossroads of major trade routes, in particular the silk route.
